We adapt – and help is available
Try to make your life similar to your life before distance mode. Set an alarm clock, go for a bike ride, and distinguish between study and leisure.
Jonas Blom at Student Health points out that most students are coping extremely well in distance mode, but he realises that some find it tedious or even really taxing. Student Health provides help and support and offers group activities, using remote methods.
