The world of academic publishing is changing quickly; researchers have to keep up with the latest developments. One of these is open science, which will be discussed at a seminar on 2 December. Everyone is welcome.
The seminar will focus on topics such as what is open science, alternatives to today’s publishing system, Plan S, and LiU’s position on Plan S.
“We recommend that doctoral students and early-career researchers participate, because the question of open science is now included in applications for funding and jobs”, says Lonni Besançon from Junior Faculty, the seminar organiser.
