Introduction of LiUdesk to start
The case-management system LiUdesk will become fully operational in May, when the Info Centre starts operation. Before this, however, certain functional email addresses will be redirected to LiUdesk, starting 1 April.
The redirection of these functional addresses may mean that you receive email from email@example.com with a request that you help to answer a case in LiUdesk. Such messages are not spam. Please follow the instructions in the email.
