University golf championship

The competitors were treated to variable weather, and food from generous sponsors. All the players received a sports lunch at the start. After the 7th hole, Scandic served mushroom soup, an energy bar, and juice. After the 9th hole, the players got to strengthen themselves with a cup of coffee or tea and a double ham and cheese sandwich from P2. That evening, Scandic Väst treated all the players to dinner. The choice was between a boeuf bourguignon and a bouillabaisse, with side dishes. For dessert, a double mousse au chocolat was served.

After dinner, there was an awards ceremony at Scandic Väst. We would like to thank our main sponsor, Scandic, for all the good food and for the fine prizes. Four breakfast checks were raffled off to the participants at the introductory mingle. We would also like to thank Linköping Golf Club for the fine prizes in the form of greens fee checks. The complete list of results can be found at golf.se. First through third places in the respective classes are reported here.
