I have problems accessing a building or room with my card

If the card reader responds by displaying a red light right after using your card and before typing your PIN-code, your card might be broken or you may not have access to that door. If the card reader responds with a red light after you typed your PIN-code, the PIN-code is incorrect. In all cases, contact one of our LiU-card stations for help.

My LiU-card is not working at the library

Library access requires that your employee is activated, and that you have entered a physical address into our personnel database. Contact the person responsible for employee accounts at your department for help with this.
