Problems with the LiU-card

I have problems accessing a building or room with my card

If the card reader doesn't respond at all when you use your card, the card is broken. Please, pick up a new card at Info Centre.

If the card reader displays a red light immediately (once you've used your card but before you enter your PIN-code), you don't have access to that door. Please, contact your department.

If the card reader displays a green light once you've used your card but displays a red light when you enter your PIN-code, you have entered the wrong PIN-code. Please, visit Info Centre to change you PIN-code.  

 

My LiU-card is not working at the library

Library access requires that your employee LiU-ID is activated, and that you have entered a physical address into our personnel database. Please, contact the person responsible for employee accounts at your department.
