Book Zoom Meeting via Outlook
It is now possible to enable an add-in that allows you to create a Zoom meeting directly in Outlook, similar to what you can do for Teams meetings. You need to activate the function yourself if you want to use it.
Follow this guide to enable the extension (works for both Windows and Mac).
After installing the add-in, there will be a button to add Zoom functionality when scheduling a meeting. You will need to log into Zoom when you click Add a Zoom meeting. In the pop-up: select the option Log in with SSO and enter the domain liu-se. Log in using your LiU account information.
Note the Settings button in the menu bar, where you can adjust the settings before adding the Zoom meeting functionality.

If you need to change any setting for the Zoom meeting, log in at https://liu-se.zoom.us/.
