In addition to this, we also offer advice on how to find partners and ways of putting together a good consortium.

Strategic work with project applications

Grants Office works to strategically support researchers with project applications. Through the experience and expertise that the Grants Office staff have about financiers and applications in large we can for example give advise of what should be emphasized and not . We can also advise on the parts of the application regarding implementation, impact and deliverables of the project.

Program and project coordination

Grants Office staff have extensive experience of project coordination. We rent out our research coordinators to coordinate larger research projects on a regular basis.

Project finance and project administration

Grants Office can supply knowledge of the different rules of research financiers. We can also assist with administrative support in the research process. Kirstin Kahl, senior financial coordinator at Grants Office, has good skills in project financial matters such as budgeting and accounting. Also, our project managers have expertise in project finance.
