Termination of employment

An appointment may come to an end for different reasons in accordance with the Employment Protection Act. The most common reasons are:

  • the employee finds a new position
  • a temporary position is concluded
  • the employee hands in their notice
  • the employee leaves due to age or ill health
  • the employee's contract is terminated due to a shortage of work
  • resignation due to personal circumstances
